I joined the Stroke Research Group in October 2019. My role includes the coordination and monitoring of the DNA Lacunar 2 study that investigates the genetics of lacunar stroke. By recruiting an additional 1000 MRI-confirmed lacunar stroke cases we are hoping to gain more insight into the genetic predisposition of lacunar stroke.
Previously, I studied psychology for my BSc. at Radboud University in Nijmegen and MSc. at Steinbeis University in Berlin. I am looking forward to supporting the Research Group and to contribute to valuable research done within DNA Lacunar 2.
