About me
I joined the Stroke Research Group in September 2018 as a Trial Project Manager. My primary role is to set-up and coordinate randomised controlled clinical trials within the group. In particular, I am coordinating a double blind randomised trial in patients with Small Vessel Disease investigating whether a therapeutic intervention can reduce blood brain barrier leakage and inflammation.
Before joining the Stroke Research group, I worked as a Clinical Trial project manager in registered UKCRC clinical trial units (in Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham) where I was responsible for the set-up and day-to-day management of Phase I, Phase II and Phase III randomised controlled clinical trials.
